Any dates and times quoted for delivery are to be treated as an estimate and Swifts Uniforms shall not be liable whatsoever for failure to deliver by such date or time.

If your order is urgent, please call our shop to arrange next day delivery.

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of vat where applicable and postage and packing.

Delivery is normally within 5 working days and subject to stock availability. A member of our Customer Services team will contact you in the event that the items you have ordered are out of stock.

Our standard delivery rates are available to the UK mainland only:

1st item: £2.99 (heavier items £3.99)

£0.50 per additional item up to 15 items (£1.00 for heavier items)

15 - 50 items: flat rate £9.99

Over 50 items: free delivery

We can also ship to Highlands and Islands and to Northern Ireland. Please call our sales team on 01455 238398 for pricing. We can also offer Next Day Delivery and wholesale discounts.

We are happy to accept returns should an item be the wrong size or colour. Please return the item(s) to us as soon as possible but certainly within 14 days. When returning an item, please include the reason for return. Please also ensure you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from the Post Office.

Swifts Uniforms does not accept responsibility for the loss of packages sent back to us by a customer, therefore, we encourage you to return your items using recorded delivery. Proof of postage and recorded delivery receipts need to be retained by the customer. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless the items you have purchased are faulty.

We reserve the right not to accept returns if garments have been worn or soiled.
